Raider Outboards prototype E50 electric outboard successfully passed first article testing conducted at Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division during the month of July 2020.  Radiated noise targets were satisfied and power/endurance requirements were exceeded by 20%.

On June 4, 2019, Raider Outboards successfully passed the Critical Design Review (CDR) for their Raider E50 prototype electric outboard and received authorization to proceed with production of the first article.
